Can someone give me a schedule here?

Warren is in the throws of teething these days. And honestly it's a little crazy making. It's not that he's constantly grumpy, or whiny or anything. He's just completely inconsistent. There's no telling how he's going to be on any given day. Will he sleep? Will he nap? Will he be playful? Will he eat? Will he be a whiny ball of mess? Who knows! It's a game of baby grab-bag!

Last night he went down at a good time, 7:30-8ish. And woke up refreshed and ready to play at 2:25 am. Around 4 am, after feeding him, re-cocooning him and ignoring him hoping he'd get bored and go back to sleep, I punched Xtian and said, "You need to take a turn Mr. Doesn't Have to Work Today!" Goddamnit. I'm exhausted. Xtian finally got him back to sleep just in time for my alarm to go off. Spectacular.

Thanks to all my obsessive efforts, I'm now pumping three times more milk than Warren consumes every day. The only problem is, I'm totally out of freezer space. We may have to resort to using bags of frozen breastmilk in lieu of ice cubes. Of course, if he ever starts eating again. With the ouchy teething situation, he's hard-pressed to eat until he's ravenous. In comparison, up until the last two weeks, he usually consumes about 15-20 ounces of milk while I'm at work (that is, not counting the times when I actually nurse him). The last two weeks, it's been more like...6 ounces. Buddy is miserable. Man. Turns out, parenting takes work. Blah.
